The nursery provides children with both snack and lunches. We offer children a range of foods such as a variety of fruit, breadsticks and vegetables. Children also have a choice of milk or water.
All North Road Nursery staff are trained in Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety. The course covers the key factors that contribute to the production of safe food. It details how to prevent contamination and food-borne illnesses through the use of essential good hygiene practices, maintaining hygienic premises and equipment, and storing food correctly. The food hygiene content is accredited by RoSPA, a leading expert in the prevention of accidents.
North Road Nursery has consistently been graded a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating by the Local Authority Food Standards Agency for the last 8 years.
