If you are happy for your child to attend our nursery, please ask at reception for:

• Application form
• Contract
• Funding Form

All these documents must returned completed and signed along with:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Utility Bill or letter with your name and address (No older than 3 months)
• Registration/Deposit if required
• 2 Year old funding voucher (if accessing the 2 year old funding)

Upon receipt of all of these documents the Nursery Manager will be happy to confirm
your required sessions at our nursery along with a start date.

We are happy to provide new children starting at North Road Nursery with 5 free hours for settling in. We ask parents to accompany their child during these short sessions before leaving them for their allocated times. We find that this helps children to settle and is less distressing for them.
